Our most honourable Prime Minister had announced the implementation of 1Malaysia Training Programme when he tabled The 2011 Budget In Parliament with an allocation of RM500 Million. Out of this figure, RM200 Million will be allocated under The Human Resource Development Fund (HRDF) to be used by the employers for Up-skilling & Re-skilling of workforce.

BENEFIT

1. An incentive of 20% based on the course fees will be given to the employers by the Government

2. The incentive will be credited into employers’ accounts once Training Providers had submitted their claims.

3. To simplify the process under 1Malaysia Training Programme, employers only need to reserve levy for training programmes they have selected with a Click of a button.

4. Employers do not have to seek prior approval from PSMB! It’s that easy!
