The sightseeing challenge was designed to test the teams in their ability to pay attention to the finest details. The mental tasks were useful as brain exercises, and some of them were really tough for just one person to solve, that's why we were all organized into teams. More than just the activities, the team-building day was also great because it allowed everyone in the company to go off and explore Kuala Lumpur city by themselves, I would argue that the exploration component was as rewarding as finding the answers to the various mental challenges. Towards the end of the day, there was a special surprise for all the teams with the FEAR FACTOR challenge! Finally, the great day ended with a buffet lunch and the announcement of the winners.
Although all the teams were "competing" against each other for the prize, the greater emphasis was in having fun and enjoying the moment as an entire organization. Although were in separate and smaller teams, we were all still on the same team at the end.
